I’m excited to share with you my strategic plan for career growth in 2024. I’ve always emphasized the importance of investing in your real estate career, and now I want to reveal the key investments I’m making to take my career to the next level.
1. Sales Coaching: Enhancing My Skills
One of the primary investments I’m making is in sales coaching. As my career evolves, so do the skills I need to succeed. While I’ve mastered selling real estate, selling coaching requires a different skill set. I’ve realized the importance of continuously improving and adapting to new challenges. This investment will enhance my ability to sell coaching services effectively.
2. Content Writer: Broadening Communication Channels
A new venture for me is hiring a content writer. Despite having a background in Mass Communications and journalism, I recognize the need for expertise in translating my message into written content. This investment aims to improve my written communication skills, allowing me to connect with a broader audience and strengthen my brand.
3. Marketing Director: Elevating Brand Presence
Recognizing the power of effective marketing, I’ve invested in a marketing director. This strategic move involves creating a cohesive marketing strategy to elevate my brand, utilizing various platforms and techniques. From YouTube videos to social media, this investment is aimed at reaching a wider audience and enhancing my brand’s visibility.
4. Transition to a 4-Day Work Week: Prioritizing Rest and Reflection
In 2024, I’m taking a bold step by moving to a 4-day workweek. Acknowledging that my brain is a valuable asset, I’ve realized the importance of strategic downtime. I’ll be dedicating Fridays to rest, reflection, and time away from the hustle, allowing me to reset and approach my work with renewed focus.
5. Quarterly Solo Retreats: Investing in Personal Growth
To further invest in myself, I’ve planned quarterly solo retreats. This intentional time away from work is dedicated to self-reflection and personal growth. Inspired by John Maxwell’s wisdom on the value of thinking time, I believe these retreats will allow me to recharge and bring fresh perspectives to my business strategies.
