Host seminars to get in front of a group of potential leads. Whether online or in person, these events provide an opportunity to connect with 15-20 people at once. Collaborate with professionals like lenders, credit repair experts, and home warranty providers to make it a valuable experience. Use the registration process to collect contact information for future follow-ups.

5. Ask Your Clients For Online Reviews and Testimonials

Encourage clients to share their experiences through online reviews and testimonials. Don’t wait until the closing; instead, capture feedback after meaningful interactions. Share these reviews through email marketing and social media to build trust and credibility.

6. Start Email Marketing

Utilize email marketing to stay connected with clients. Share weekly or monthly newsletters with a mix of lifestyle-related content and real estate updates. Engage your audience with valuable information, making them more receptive to real estate discussions when the time is right.
